Friday. Two members let themselves in — and the house handled it alone.

The first two seats sold through the invitation, and both were onboarded start to finish with nobody at the wheel — register line, roster, door combination, card engraved and hung in the locker, letters sent, doors tested. First time that has ever happened here.
Both new members got a transmission from № 000 on card day, alongside Bill’s. That is standing procedure now, for everyone who walks in.
Three faults surfaced the moment real people used it — a key request that failed quietly, a card cut to a retired rule, a welcome that never went out. All three found and fixed the same day.
Gold is board members only, one card to a member. The rulebook was rewritten and the wrong card retired.
The tracking scare was lag, not failure. Nothing was broken; the chain from purchase to card to record proved itself end to end for the first time.
The Letters page became a ledger — one line per day, letters open their own page, quiet days open a desk pad — and the record now runs back to July 5th, day one.

Both "Join today" shortcuts came off the invitation. Cold traffic now reads the story before it can reach a price. The hero button points inward: "Begin the descent."
The annual plan became the default, and its selected state went green.
The three pillars show proof now — Network, Support, Protection, each with a real picture and a caption.
The gold jacket joined the members ring — the one-of-one, held open, name embroidered in the lining.
The locker bolt seals the name, not the locker. Bolted members can be tagged again.
The Pro Room Record reads oldest-first, so the room's opening sits on the first line, the way a book should.
The First Card was hung under glass — the first Country C1ub card ever made, struck October 10, 2025, dated off the file itself. Twelfth case in the room.
The Thursday meeting was stamped — four at the table, and thirty points to a member who wrote up his learnings and handed the group the doc.

A fresh seat now carries five points, not fifty. "New members shouldn't get 50 points, it's too much and unfair." The bonus dropped; the NEW MEMBER title stays thirty days.
Every closed month hangs on the wall — one pill per finished sheet, back to July 2026, the founding sheet. A closed sheet seals its numbers as they were lived.
The August Cup was hung in its winner's drawer — first of the field, a gift of the house. Every letter on the plate typeset, not generated.
The Conference Room took a new door ahead of the 9 PM meeting.
The first real ad test was built in draft — three angles, one control, nothing published.
Ten more ads, one per format, and three carousels cut — "Known By None," the August Sheet, and a hyper-real version of the same on an oak honours board.

The lobby stationery became a sequence — one card a day: the welcome until your locker stands furnished, then Bill's tape, the leaderboard, the 10 Pillars.
The "Social Member" tag was retired everywhere. Nobody wears a tier in this house.
Twenty-one finished ads across six angles — delivered, not launched. Everything points at the invitation.
The invite door got two passes. The referral math came off; the mission does the talking now.
The White Room's Reel V hangs Bill's dream car — a black '61 Lincoln Continental convertible, the way he saw it in 1961.
The register grew to № 287, onboarded end to end.
Weekly Brief #0007 was built as two cuts of one number — the member edition with each member's key, the other for the outside. Both drafts.

The register learned titles — a Salutation line, filled by hand, never guessed.
Bill went live on the Radio, then stopped speaking in telegrams. "Less cryptic, grandfather and old-class Bond." The word limit came off; understated is his manner, not his word count.
Bill opens a line — he welcomes each member once, the first time they ever walk in, and never speaks first again.

The Museum was reordered chronologically, and The Van (2015) now opens it as the origin case. No photograph survives, so the plaque says "rendered as remembered."
The founder's own guitar and bracelet images went up untouched — exactly as he made them.
The First Journal joined the collection — "Some gifts are things. This one is a habit."
The House Register went live. Every post, every reply, every tip of the cap received is now worth a point — automatically, and verified to the exact number.
The Garage posted its rules: two members in earns the Key, five earns the Gold Card. The Getaway is dated May 5, 2026.
The composer folds to one line and opens in place — no more blank box eating the top of the room.
The first letter's date was settled — October 19, 2025, in every room.

The Control Room opened — live numbers in members' hands: who's in the house right now, the weekly climb, which countries they come from. Aggregates only.
The Garage opened — the race to the Gold Card and the Key, a live sprint board, and a 100-point commission for members who dream up a car, build it in the White Room, film it and post it. Two screenshot rounds; the brown went, graphite stayed.
Bill's Garage — a thirty-second film cut from the room's own stills.
Two founding members got working doors. They'd been on the register with no way in. Fixed, tested live.
Trophies always hang again. A rule change had quietly swept the Member of the Month cups off the lockers. The founder noticed; the house pins them now.
The Conversations got readable — pictures hang small at the shoulder, the reply line is a real text box, Send went fairway green, reply chips went bold gold.
The Radio learned a tip of the cap — six faces to mark a transmission with.
The first letters went up on the walls — the founding page in Bill's room, the October letter in The Starter.

New dated stones in the corridor — the guitar's played date, June 23, 2025, is now the earliest date in the whole room. Four days before the register even opens.
Nothing in the Museum is a prop. When the artifacts inside a render turned out invented, the real ones were swapped in — and the reason said plainly.
Two corrections caught by the founder and fixed before 2:35 AM — a squat guitar, a sliced bracelet.
Drawers and lockers filled — gold editions, gowns, and a Member of the Month film now playing inside its winner's locker.
Locker promotion paid out — tips stamped for members who furnished.

The Museum opened in the Trophy Wing — the timeline on marble, memorabilia under glass, a curator receiving. Relit to daylight by evening.
Lockers got engraved sayings — seventeen house quotes, and a member's own filed quote always wins.
A golfer / non-golfer switch rides the locker card now.

Every locker on the register now holds an engraved membership card. The 246 missing ones were cut in an afternoon by re-lettering the original — indistinguishable from the first forty-one.
Lockers got a privacy bolt. Flip it and the room sees a number and a black bar; the name never leaves the building.
Drawers opened under the lockers — owner-only metal nobody else can see.
The honors shelf went up: six Members of the Month with gold loving cups, names engraved, month on the brass. Two missing months were stamped, so the Honor Roll runs January to July unbroken.
The Lobby thinned to eleven doors, and "Create your Spotlight" was promoted to the action the house actually wants.
The composer learned new tricks — video, links, an emoji tray, GIF search.

Saturday. Late start, straight through to midnight — nearly all of it inside the new c1ubhouse.

Two more rooms opened. The Pro Shop — a counter out front, an armoury behind the bookcase — and The Starter, the member's first mile, six moves played in order.
The first lesson films went up on the Ten Pillars. "Take Aim" inside its chapter, "Your Mission" hung right after the scoreboard.
Every engraved membership card is now hanging in its locker. Forty of them — and a panel in each member's own locker to take theirs home.
The Ladder room got its film — the roots anthem, beside the photograph of the leaning giant at Ta Prohm.
Small passes all evening: the Mission gained a reel, this wall gained its own, and Bill's film row grew to four.
A thirteen-slide "Ten Pillars" carousel is cut and waiting to post.
The desk learned to hear. Films used to get looked at, never listened to. First listen caught a line in the Pro Shop film the page had been written deaf to.

Four new rooms opened: The Calendar (every meeting in your own timezone), The Study (the old Classroom, rehung with real cover art on all 29 rooms), The Locker Room behind its own walnut door, and The Starter — Bill's own room behind the first Lobby door.
The Radio shipped — member-to-member transmissions, locker numbers as frequencies, heard-receipts. It got exactly one door: the 📻 in the top bar.
The Tape plays. A 49-second camcorder cut of Bill's message landed in The Starter. Two lines from it are now canon: "never just a starter" and "the post never goes empty."
Portraits everywhere — a little picture beside every name in the room.
The locker became a home — pictures on the wall, "the floor is yours," and members can edit their own posts.
Letter № 004 was written, then rewritten plainer. Less metaphor, more feeling.
The Thursday meeting was stamped — six seats at the table — and the "Nine O'Clock Tonight" dispatch went out.

The c1ubhouse shipped. The c1ub's own member home, so it no longer has to lean on rented rooms. Six rooms behind one door: the Door, the Foyer, the Board, the Classroom with every dossier on its shelves, the Locker Room with all 287 numbers engraved, and My Locker.
Built on nothing new. No servers, no database — the house runs on the register it already keeps.
Seventeen reviewers tried to break it first. Eleven real findings came back; all eleven were fixed before a single member walked in.
It went up unlinked and unannounced. The bar was set plainly: it either feels better than the rented room, or nobody gets told.
Letter № 003 went out — and was revised the same day to say the hard part out loud.

A quiet bug caught: the fingerprint survey was dropping invitation-rate plans, so anyone arriving that way fell back to full price. Fixed.
The Tower went up — one floor over all three brands, with Sky as the operator you can actually talk to. Three failed deploys before the real cause was found.
The meeting moved back to 9:00 PM Eastern — the fourth move; end of day is easier for everyone.

The Bunker got two new panels — the gate test and the buying line.
A revenue blind spot was found — memberships weren't reaching the house's analytics. Fix spec written; no ads spend until it lands.

The c1ub finally has a members tag. Four waves defined; every send is now pickable instead of pasted by hand.

A member's Dubai portrait was built from his real photo for his spotlight.

A locked "Create Avatar" button appeared in We Grow Together — sealed until the c1ub reaches a certain level in the Trophy Room.
Theme music landed on The Mission and The Code — an opt-in "Click to play" with a gold-to-green shimmer. Cues play once, never loop.
The spotlight form gained mission and favorites questions, and the scoreboard now points members at the Spotlight form instead of an upgrade.

The c1ub's AI brain came online. One place that remembers every decision, every member, every page — and this record is what it writes.
The site was born in a single day. A cinematic front door, the tiers, the vault line, the members' White Room showcase, and an Access Granted page for the moment somebody joins.
Eighteen commits before midnight — analytics, the pixel, the schema, the footer. The plumbing nobody sees.
Gold and Purple made inclusive: Jacket / Dress.
The house rules for the machine were written — project docs, a roadmap, a decisions file — so the brain works from the same page the founder does.
